I think that would depend on the brand name you bought, mine are Willy & Max and I used a set of tie-downs sold by willy & Max also. I don't use bag support bars and the yoke is adjustable.
I mounted mine over the seat adjusted out to the last two hole in the yoke, I have the tie-down kit hooked to the lip on the rear fender and the small tie down strings(included with the bags)
on the front side of the bags tied to the upper shock bolts and the rear side tied to the signal light stems. I hope that helped, ride safe.
